The Opera Theatre Museum received several opera vocal scores as a gift

On October 27, The Opera Theatre Museum received several vocal scores of opera masterpieces from the private library of the Republic’s honorary teacher - Nadezhda Silagadze.  Among them there are 1941 edition of Abesalom and Eteri, illustrated by Lado Gudiashvili and a rare 1872 edition of Ernani.
 
"We want to give our beloved Opera House the vocal scores of the operas: La Traviata, Ernani, Madama Butterfly, The Queen of Spades, Eugene Onegin, Rigoletto, Carmen, Abesalom and Eteri, Pagliacci”, writes the musician's son -  Guram Silagadaze in his letter which was received by the Opera House together with the gift.
 
Georgian State Opera expresses its gratitude to the Silagadze family.  From now on these editions will be housed among the exhibits of the Opera Theatre Museum.
