28 October 2022 is the premiere date of a one-act ballet based on the cantata at the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet State Theatre, choreographed by Ilya Jivoy and conducted by Zaza
Azmaiparashvili. After the premiere, Carmina Burana is presented by the State Ballet of Georgia at the Teatro Regio Torino with the participation of theTurin Opera Chorus and Orchestra.

„Most of all, in the performance Carmina Burana, I would like to consider the theme of the volatility and cunning of human fate, the predestination of its cyclical movement, the
alternation of "ups and downs in life", to use more familiar words.
Carefully reading the poetic texts of Codex Buranus, you understand how important the aspect of perception of life itself was at that time, the attitude towards the Divine
(providence, interference, inaction) on the part of an ordinary person who trusts in higher powers, reveres Nature and takes a series of needs and numerous vices in
himself and his own kind for the leisurely course of life.
This is a performance about Fate, its importance and inanity, about the magical voices inside us, about the struggle for eternal happiness, about the purpose of life and the
pricelessness of the Human soul“.
